SUGAR CANE Super “Denim” Collectibles was launched by bringing together denim specialists.
The model was created in 1943, when the material control of domestic industry in the United States was at its most severe due to the war conditions of World War II, such as extremely rough and uneven denim fabric, military-purpose donut buttons, iron rivets, and all-yellow stitching.
The coin pocket rivets are omitted, and the concealed rivets are not plated and remain the color of the iron material.
Flannel fabric is used for the pocket bag material to reduce cotton usage.
Perhaps due to a lack of skilled workers, the stitching is extremely rough, the width of the stitching is not consistent, and the stitching on the yoke in the center of the back is misaligned, resulting in a finish that would be rejected by inspection under normal circumstances.
